RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
At Sealed Box TCG, we strive to offer products of the highest quality and to guarantee the absolute authenticity of each of our collectible items in their original sealed packaging. Due to the volatile nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market and to safeguard the integrity of our inventory against fraud, tampering, or counterfeiting, we operate under a strict Final Sale policy.
By placing an order on our platform, you expressly accept the terms and conditions detailed below:
1. Return and Exchange Policy (Final Sale)
No Returns Accepted: All sales made through our online store are final. No returns, exchanges, or substitutions of any product will be accepted under any circumstances.
Product Integrity: This no-return policy applies strictly to all items, regardless of whether the outer packaging or the original factory seal of the box, bundle, or collection remains intact or has been opened. We do not assume the risk of merchandise tampering once it has left our distribution facilities.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
We recognize that a buyer may change their mind or make an inadvertent error when processing an order. Therefore, the following cancellation protocol is exclusively established:
24-Hour Cancellation Window: The buyer has a maximum, non-extendable period of twenty-four (24) hours from the exact moment the purchase confirmation is generated on our platform to request the total or partial cancellation of their order.
Request Process: To exercise this right, the customer must contact us immediately within the established period via our official support email, including their full name, order number, and the reason for the cancellation.
Post-Shipping Exclusion: Once the 24-hour window has passed, or once the order has been processed, packaged, and the shipping label has been generated (whichever comes first), no cancellation requests will be accepted. From that moment on, the order will proceed through its regular logistical course to the shipping address provided.
3. Refunds for Valid Cancellations
In the event that a cancellation is requested and approved within the stipulated 24-hour timeframe, Sealed Box TCG will proceed to issue a full refund of the amount paid.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method employed by the customer during the original transaction. The time it takes for the funds to clear into the customer's account will depend exclusively on the policies of the banking institution or the payment service provider (Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, etc.), a process that typically takes between 5 and 10 business days.
4. Exceptions for Severe Transit Damage
Our products are packed with high-resistance protective materials to mitigate impacts during transit. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic wear on cardboard corners, minor tears in the factory shrink wrap, or superficial aesthetic imperfections that do not impact the internal sealed contents of the product.
In the extraordinary event that a package suffers severe and obvious damage during transit that compromises the entire structure of the collectible product, the customer must document the condition of the package with clear photographs and videos within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, and contact us to evaluate the situation alongside the corresponding shipping carrier.
