Welcome to Sealed Box TCG. This website is operated by Sealed Box TCG. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sealed Box TCG. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS & PRODUCT NATURE

 Exclusive Inventory Focus: Sealed Box TCG specializes exclusively in the sale and distribution of original, factory-sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sealed booster boxes, bundles, booster packs, and special collections. We do not sell single cards (singles), individual unsealed cards, or loose raw cards. * Market Volatility: By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that the TCG market is subject to extreme price volatility. We do not guarantee price protection or adjustments after a purchase is completed.

SECTION 2 - ABSOLUTE FINAL SALE & NO-RETURN POLICY

 No Returns or Exchanges: In accordance with our Return Policy, all sales are final. Due to the high risk of tampering, resealing, counterfeiting, and fraud inherently present in the trading card industry, we strictly prohibit returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once a product has been ordered and shipped.

 Factory Seals: This final sale policy remains in effect regardless of whether the original factory plastic wrap (shrink wrap), seals, or outer cardboard packaging remain completely intact or have been altered. Once the product leaves our facilities, ownership and risk are transferred to the buyer.

SECTION 3 - STRICT 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

 Timeframe Limit: Buyers are granted a strict, non-extendable window of twenty-four (24) hours from the exact timestamp of order placement to request a total or partial cancellation.

 Post-Window Exclusion: Once this 24-hour window expires, or once a shipping label has been generated and the order has entered fulfillment processing (whichever occurs first), the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or stopped under any circumstances.

 Integration: All approved cancellations within the legal window will be fully refunded to the original payment method, subject to standard banking processing times.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & ECOSYSTEM

 Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application in complete compliance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & TRANSIT DAMAGE

 Sealed Box TCG guarantees that all items shipped are 100% authentic and sourced directly through legitimate distribution. However, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from factory production or standard transit wear, including but not limited to minor dings on cardboard corners, tiny tears or perforations in the factory shrink wrap, or internal sorting flaws inside the sealed boxes.

 In cases of severe structural damage caused entirely by the shipping carrier, the customer must submit photographic and video evidence to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a carrier investigation.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial laws.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
